As our Sr. Graphics Designer based in Austin, TX you will provide art direction and supervision for creative projects. We will immediately look to you for direction and implementation on key projects like corporate branding, collateral, tradeshow booth design, and website redesign ideas. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing art direction and supervision to other members of the creative team on projects.
- Utilize senior design skills and breadth of experience in the creative design and production process. The projects run the full spectrum of design and media applications.
- Define and maintain the Vignette corporate visual brand worldwide.
- Produce, manage and art direct winning creative solutions for print and corporate web site (look, feel, content, navigation) as well as external creative work.
- Uphold quality standards on all Vignette corporate communication materials.
- Monitor and forecast Creative Services annual budget.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
- 5-7+ years of broad experience in an agency or in-house role. Experience within a software/high tech/B2B role is highly preferred.
- Web standards advocate. CSS, XHTML, and Flash skills a plus.
- Experience with web-site re-designs is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Expert with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver).
- Experience art directing 1000+ global events.
- Experience working with global brands (translations management, language and regional concerns).
- Experience providing art direction on photo shoots.
- Capacity to ingest Vignette technology and messages and instill that into the Vignette brand.
